摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the influence of Qi-Suppleme nting-and-Yin-Nourishing-and-Blood Circulation-Activating Method on cardiac function and inflammatory cytokines of patients with congestive heart failure(CHF). Methods:80 patients with CHF were randomly divided into the treatment group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases) in which the control group was treated with routine western medicine and the treatment group was treated with decoction besides the control group therapy. Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in the two group were measured before and after the 4 weeks of treatment,and the level of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were also measured, and curative effect was observed. Results:LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF in two groups were improved in different degree after treatment , serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were lowered significantly . The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving cardiac function,and in decreasing the blood concentrations of serum TNF-α and IL-6,and the change was more marked in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine,treating CHF by combined with Qi-Supplementing-and-Yin-Nourishing-and-Blood Circulation-Activating method could improve the cardiac function,and lower the level of serum TNF-α and IL-6.关键词
