摘要

Abstract

On the basis of analyzing the sensing principle of differential pressure Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG)sensors,its static differential pressure sensing properties are investigated by using a hydraulic tester and a Q8384 spectrometer and the errors of the experimental results analyzed.The results indicate that the FBG sensibility coefficient is 3 pm/kPa in the pressure range of 0~0.35 MPa and the FBG wavelength varies linearly with the differential pressure with little hysteresis effect,proving that this sensor can be used in hydraulic systems for flow measurement .
