Cold-start of optical coherent receiver with data-aided maximum likelihood carrier phase estimation
摘要
Abstract
The optical coherent receiver with Data-Aided Maximum Likelihood (DAML)carrier phase estimation has become one of the coherent reception modes to be considered for tests in the optical communication field in the near future.This paper studies the initiation of this type of receiver and on this basis proposes a cold-start scheme.Simulation verify the feasibility of this scheme.Furthermore it optimizes this scheme and simulation results show that when both the parameters of the Mth pow-er algorithm and the DAML algorithm take the optimal values,the cold-start scheme achieves the best performance.关键词
