三波长光子晶体波分复用器的研究
Study on three-wavelength photonic crystal WDM
摘要
Abstract
The conventional WDM are usually large in size,which has become the bottleneck of the photonic integration.This paper designs a type of three-wavelength (1 310 nm,1 490 nm and 1 570 nm)photonic crystal WDM by utilizing the multi-mode interference effects of photonic crystals.The simulation results show that the insertion loss of this device for the three wavelengths is all less than 0.45 dB,and the channel isolation is all larger than 1 5 dB.In addition,its size is only 37 mm ´ 13 mm.easy to be optically integrated and superb in performance.关键词
