An implementation scheme for counting switch-over failure rate in LTE systems
摘要
Abstract
In order to reflect the switch-over failure rate of the Long Term Evolution(LTE)networks more accurately,this paper proposes an implementation scheme in accordance with their control plane signaling process.Based on the statistiics of the source eNB,it designs the statistical process of the switch-over failure in accordance with the type of the switch-over in the LTE systems and the cause of the failures.This scheme can produce an accurate statistical number of the failure and the failure rate and has them diplayed on the Operation and Maintenance Center (OMC)interface,thus enabling the network operators to know in time the switch-over performance in the TD-LTE systems.关键词
