中国妇幼保健人员艾滋病相关知识态度的调查
Investigation of HIV/AIDS related knowledge and attitudes among maternal and child health care providers in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate HIV/AIDS related knowledge and attitudes among maternal and child health care providers in China.Methods This survey was conducted in October 2010 in 30 selected counties.Population proportional to size sampling method was employed in sampling .Face to face questionnaire survey was done among 2 696 maternal and child health care providers .Results Only 55.7%of the providers responded correctly to all of the 10 questions related with the HIV transmission ways , and there was a low correct respond(56.6%) to all of the 6 non-HIV transmission ways, such as kissing and mosquito biting .There were different correct respond rates among 5 types of providers (χ2 =96.578, P <0.01).There were 93.4% of the providers knowing the interventions of HIV transmission, and the correct respond rates of different types of providers were different (χ2 =18.818, P<0.05).Totally 19.5% of the providers didn't support HIV(+) patients having reproductive rights, and 7.8%answered that the HIV(+) patients should be isolated. There were 16.2%believing that the used disposal needle could be put on the needle sleeve with their hands , and 37.6%believed that air leak checking by blowing the condom needed to be conducted before using .Conclusion The providers have misunderstanding on non-HIV transmission ways , general protective measures and condom use .It is quite necessary to conduct further training for providers on HIV related knowledge and attitudes .关键词
