Abstract
Objective To explore the value of laparoscopic inner high ligation in treating pediatric inguinal hernia .Methods The differences in operation time , average amount of intraoperative bleeding , independent activity recovery time , cases with contralateral latent hernia, length of hospital stay and complications of short-term and long-term were analyzed between experimental group ( n=22, group of laparoscopic inner high ligation) and control group(n=18, group of open surgery).Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in average amount of intraoperative bleeding (1.89 ±0.31mL, 5.04 ±0.49mL), independent activity recovery time (10.78 ±2.1d, 26.38 ±3.4d), number of case with contralateral latent hernia (1,0), length of hospital stay (2.0 ±0.31d, 7.0 ± 1.36d).The cases with complications in the experimental group (4, 4/22) were fewer than those in the control group (13, 13/18). Conclusion The advantages of laparoscopic inner high ligation in treating pediatric inguinal hernia include short operation time , little intraoperative bleeding , minor injury, early postoperative recovery and few complications .It is worthy of popularizing .关键词
