Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of alfacalcidol combined with alendronate in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis . Methods Totally 84 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis in Wanning Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected from February 2010 to February 2012, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 42 cases in each group .The control group received conventional treatment , while alfacalcidol combined with alendronate was given to the observation group .The bone density and clinical effect or two groups were compared after treatment for 6 months.Results The bone density of the observation group after treatment was(0.94 ±0.11g/cm2), and it was obviously higher than that before treatment (0.82 ±0.08)g/cm2 and that of the control group(0.84 ±0.08g/cm2)(t value was 9.131 and 8.441, respectively, both P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 66.67%, which was obviously higher than that of the control group (28.58%) (χ2 =9.784, P <0.05).The ineffective rate of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group (9.52% vs 35.71%) (χ2 =8.561, P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment on postmenopausal osteoporosis by alfacalcidol combined with alendronate has significant efficacy and deserves promotion .关键词
