异位妊娠破裂发生的相关危险因素分析
The risk factor analysis of ruptured ectopic pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors of ruptured ectopic pregnancy ( EP) , so as to provide reference for treatment of EP . Methods The retrospective case-control study comprised 118 cases of unruptured EP and 65 cases of ruptured EP .The statistical relationships were analyzed using chi-square test and unconditional Logistic regression method .Results The parity ( OR=5.362,95%CI:0.843-9.785), site of pregnancy (OR=3.757,95%CI:0.458-6.857), the history of EP (OR=3.785,95%CI:0.753-5.978), and the mass diameter of former EP (OR=1.478, 95%CI:0.742-2.424) were related risk factors of rupture of EP .Conclusion The parity, site of pregnancy , the history of EP , and the mass diameter of former EP are the risk factors of rupture of EP .In clinical work attention should be paid to EP patients with these risk factors to aviod severe adverse outcomes because of hemorrhea .关键词
