单孔腹腔镜在卵巢良性疾病治疗中的应用

Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility and the value of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery ( LESS ) in ovarian benign diseases.Methods From January 2010 to May 2012, 30 cases of ovarian begin diseases were treated with LESS in Hospital of Nanhai District.They were included in study group .At the same period another 37 cases undergoing conventional laparoscopy by the same physicians were in control group .The preoperative , intra-operative and postoperative situations were compared between two groups . Results All the procedures were performed successfully in both groups .There was no postoperative morbidity or complications .The mean operation time of the study group (76.17 ±30.56min) was significantly longer than that of the control group (55.86 ±18.16mins) ( z=-2.914, P<0.05).The score of pain 24 hours after operation in the study group was lower than that in the control group (t=-5.529, P<0.05).The scores in pain questionnaire 1 month after operation in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (z=-3.206,P<0.05).No significant difference was observed in the volume of bleeding (t=-1.303, P>0.05), anal exhaust time (t=-1.737, P>0.05) and the length of hospital stay after operation (t=-1.149,P>0.05) between two groups.All the patients were followed up for certain period from 1 to 12 months, during which no incision hernia , hemorrhage or incision infection occurred .No apparent scar could be seen in the umbilicus in the patients who took LESS , which obtained good cosmetic outcome .Conclusion LESS in ovarian benign diseases not only has the same effects as those of the traditional laparoscopic operation in the field of mini trauma , quick recovery and in focus exposure operation area , but also gives less pain , less trauma, as well as the better cosmetic results .关键词
