Abstract
Objective To analyze the symptoms and related factors of ovarian failure in patients with different ages for better guidance for clinical work.Methods From July 2011 to August 2012 185 cases were diagnosed with ovarian failure in outpatient department of gynecology and obstetrics in First Clinical Medical College of Shanxi Medical University , including 32 cases of premature ovarian failure (POF) [6 cases of POF and 26 cases of transitional ovarian failure (TOF)], 42 perimenopausal women and 111 postmenopausal cases. The patients’ general situations and treatment symptoms were inquired and menopausal symptoms were graded .The data were collected for comparison among groups and statistical analysis of the influencing factors .Results In POF group the treatment symptoms of menstrual disorders ranked first (81.3%), while in perimenopausal and postmenopausal groups , hot flushes and sweating ranked first (71.4%, 55.9%).Comparison among groups showed that there were statistically significant differences in menstrual disorders , hot flushes and sweating, insomnia, bone, joint and muscle pain, and heart palpitations (χ2 values was 108.130, 33.697, 11.079, 17.600 and 9.871, respectively, all P<0.05).Menopausal symptoms were associated with age and education level (coefficient correlation was 0.420 and 0.549, respectively, both P<0.05).Conclusion The main treatment symptoms of the group of POF is menstrual disorders , and hot flushes and sweating are the main treatment symptoms of perimenopausal group and postmenopausal group .The incidence of bone , joint and muscle pain is higher in postmenopausal group than perimenopausal group , but it is not found in the group of POF .Menopausal symptoms increase with age , and the lower education level , the severer menopausal symptoms .关键词
