Abstract
Objective To understand women ’ s reproductive status and provide theoretical basis for interventions based on the situation of induced abortion performed in 29 family planning technical service institutions .Methods According to the levels of medical institutions , 29 of 72 institutions were selected from family planning technical service institutions in Haidian District .The data of induced abortion in family planning clinics was recorded and analyzed .Results Totally 46 492 cases adopted induced abortion in 29 medical institutions , accounting for 89.35%of the total cases (52 031).The number of unmarried women choosing painless abortion was significantly higher than the married women, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =1 280.569, P<0.01).Women with repeated abortion were more likely to choose painless abortion (χ2 =227.602,P<0.01).Unmarried group were more likely to perform abortions in the secondary medical institutions than other hospitals (χ2 =25.903,P<0.01).The proportion of women whose census register was not in Beijing and choosing class 1 medical institutions was higher than that of native women (χ2 =646.112,P<0.01).Conclusion The induced abortion rates of non-native Beijing population and unmarried women are high .It is necessary for the family planning technical service institutions to enlarge services , strengthen popularizing of contraceptive knowledge and guidance on contraception after induced abortion , so that the unwilling pregnancy and repeated induced abortion can be reduced effectively .关键词
