高渗盐水雾化在治疗毛细支气管炎中的应用
Application of hypertonic saline atomization in the treatment of capillary bronchitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate therapeutic effectiveness of hypertonic saline atomization in the treatment of capillary bronchitis . Methods From January to December 2012, children diagnosed with capillary bronchitis and admitted in Xi ’ an Children’ s Hospital were divided into hypertonic saline group and control group with 50 cases in each by random controlled open method .The observation indexes of symptoms, improvement of comprehensive symptom scores at 3 day after treatment , hospitalization days and total hospitalization expense were analyzed in two groups .Results Two groups achieved significant clinical efficacy in therapy of capillary bronchitis .Compared with the control group , the difference in comprehensive symptom scores before and after treatment was significant in hypertonic saline group ( t=2.00,P<0.05).There were statistical significances in hospitalization days and total hospitalization expense between two groups (t value was 8.24 and -2.60, respectively, both P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertonic saline atomization therapy is a safe and effective treatment for capillary bronchitis .关键词
