Abstract
Objective To explore the related factors of incision infection in cesarean section and to formulate corresponding preventive measures.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 5 539 cases of cesarean section ,including 50 cases of incision infection from July 2008 to June 2012.Results Of the relevant factors, age≥30, emergency surgery, combined with basic lesions could lead to incision infection (χ2 value was 58.59, 19.26 and 6.94, respectively, all P<0.05).Among obstetric-related factors, long operation time , premature rupture of membranes and large amount of bleeding after surgery were related factors of cesarean section incision infection (χ2 value was 4.70, 6.95 and 4.26, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion There are many related factors of incision infection in cesarean section , and they are correlated with each other .Comprehensive control and prevention from many aspects may reduce the incidence of incision infection .关键词
