摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between premature rupture of membranes and urogenital ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and chlamydia trachomatis (CT) infection, and to explore the effect of premature rupture of membranes on pregnant outcomes . Methods From February 2011 to February 2012 150 cases of premature rupture of membranes delivering in Nantong Maternity and ChildHealth Care Hospital were selected as observation group , and control group included 150 cases of normal pregnant women without prematurerupture of membranes giving birth in the same period.Cervical secretions of them were taken to perform UU and CT testing .Meanwhile,pregnant outcomes of two groups were compared .Results Comparing two groups, the difference in UU prevalence was not statisticallysignificant (χ2 =3.396,P >0.05).The prevalence of CT of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group , andthe difference was significant (χ2 =15.860, P <0.01).The incidence of premature labor, cesarean section, low-birth-weight infant andplacental chorioamnionitis in the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group , and the differences were statisticallysignificant (χ2 value was 38.048, 22.371, 15.381 and 12.459, respectively, all P <0.05).Conclusion Premature rupture ofmembranes is closely related with UU and CT infection , and it may cause the increase of incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes .关键词
