人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育器的临床分析

Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of placing intrauterine device ( IUD) instantly after induced abortion and to observe its feasibility, continuity and side effects .Methods Three types of IUD were instantly placed after induced abortion , and there were 80 cases with GyneFix IN IUD , 210 cases with MYcuIUDⅡand 310 cases with health IUD .All of the 600 patients were followed up .The adverse reaction of treatment and the changes of IUD in all patients were observed .Results Follow-up visit and observation indicated that the incidence of side effects such as lower abdominal pain and lumbosacral pain was lower .The withdrawing rate of the group of GyneFIX IN was higher than that of the other two groups because of symptoms , and the difference was significant (χ2 value was 11.430 and 5.867, respectively, both P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the group of health IUD , such as menostaxis, menorrhagia, lumbar pain and leucorrhea was remarkably lower than the other two groups , and the difference was significant (χ2 value was 10.572 and 4.185, respectively, both P<0.05).Conclusion Pain rate of patients with MYcuIUD Ⅲ is higher, which may be related with IUD’s conflict with uterine wall .MYcuIUD Ⅲand health IUD contain indometacin , which reduces side effects .关键词
