Abstract
Objective To study the curative effects of inhalation of albuterol and pulmicor respules on pediatric acute asthma .Methods Totally 130 patients with pediatric acute asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 65 cases in each .The control group was treated with conventional treatment , while the observation group was treated by albuterol combined with pulmicor respules additionally.The effects of two groups were compared .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.9%, which was higher than the control group (78.5%), and the difference was significant (χ2 =7.962, P <0.05).The extinction time of cough, asthma, anhelation and physical signs in lung of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group ( t value was 5.982, 6.993, 5.014 and 6.425, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion Inhalation of pulmicor respules combined with albuterol has precise curative effect and high safety for pediatric acute asthma .关键词
