Abstract
Objective To explore the short-term clinical value of emergency hysterectomy in treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage .Methods Forty-six cases with intractable postpartum hemorrhage admitted in Fengxian County People ’ s Hospital were taken into study, and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods .The control group was treated with intrauterine gauze packing , while the experimental group underwent emergency hysterectomy .The causes of hemorrhage of two groups were analyzed and the curative effects were compared.Results After treatment, the blood transfusion of the experimental group (1 651.33 ±45.24 mL) was significantly lower than that of the control group (2 312.21 ±58.38 mL) (t =42.91,P <0.05).The rescue success rate of the experimental group (100%) was significantly higher than the control group (60.87%) (χ2 =11.19,P <0.05).Conclusion The emergency hysterectomy can be used as an emergent treatment for patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage , but it should be given after comprehensive inspection because of its great hurt to patients .关键词
