Abstract
Objective This study aims to observe the disinfection efficiency and influence on model precision of a three triclosan as the main component of the compound disinfection spray on the plaster model of Hepatitis B virus. Methods Hepatitis B virus positive serum was coated uniformly in alginate impression surface. Using the compound disinfection solution(experimental group) and water(control group) as solvent mixing gypsum perfusion model, the survival state of the hepatitis B virus on the plaster model was detected after release. In addition, the dimension of the two groups of gypsum models was measured. Results The hepatitis B virus inactivation rate reached as high as 97% in the experimental group, whereas 0 in the control group. The plaster model for the size was measured in the experimental and control groups, respectively, through the SPSS software analysis. The results had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of compound disinfection solution blending method can effectively kill the hepatitis B virus of the plaster model, but does not affect the accuracy of the model; hence, can be widely used in clinical work.关键词
