妊娠期牙周病流行病学病因的研究进展
Research progress on epidemiological factors of periodontal disease during pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
During pregnancy, numerous changes occur in both systemic and local environments, which may lead to the progression of oral diseases such as caries and periodontal diseases. These diseases affect the health of pregnant women and their fetus. Therefore, prevention of oral diseases before pregnancy or during the first trimester is extremely important. This paper aims to review the epidemiological factors(such as social demographics, oral hygiene, dietary habits, oral health-related knowledge, and health attitudes) that may influence periodontal diseases in pregnancy women, as discussed in recent local and international publications. This article seeks to provide theoretical evidence and research directions for the prevention of periodontal diseases during pregnancy.关键词
