Biological functions of voltage-gated chloride channels and diseases

Abstract
Voltage-gated chloride channels (C1Cs), a type of anion transmembrane channel protein, which process lots of biological functions, such as involement in cell volume regulation, cell migration, cell proliferation, apoptosis, and oxidative stress process, and so on. Here, we reviewed the research progress in biological functions of C1Cs and it’s relation with diseases in recent years.关键词
