响应面法优化蔗梢多糖超声波提取工艺
Optimization on ultrasonic extraction of polysacchrides from sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) tops by response surface analysis

Abstract
[Objective]The extraction parameters of polysaccharides in sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) tops were optimized to provide references for utilizing sugarcane top polysaccharides. [Method]With polysaccharides yield and DPPH scavenging activity as the indicators, response surface analysis (RSA) was used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction conditions for polysaccharides from sugarcane tops. [Result]The optimal conditions were ultrasonic power of 640 W, ex-traction temperature of 69 ℃, and extraction time of 29 min, under which the extraction yield and the DPPH scavenging rate of polysaccharides was 4.68% and 74.89%, respectively. [Conclusion]The response surface methodology was a rea-sonable method to optimize the extraction parameters of sugarcane top polysaccharides.关键词
