Abstract
An introduction was made on the structure and status of basic-level water conservancy service system in Hezhou as shown by the results of the first China census for water,based on which the author analyzed the prob-lems existing in structure,personnel quality,service capability,operation funds etc .,and probed into the counter-measures for construction of basic-level water conservancy service system in Hezhou City.关键词
