Abstract
The mid-and small rivers harnessing projects of Guangxi requires short construction period but the con-struction progress lags behind the schedule. In view of this status,the author analyzed main links of construction management and the restricting factors,discussed the key links and factors as well as control of construction peri-od,and put forward solutions.关键词
