丹参对大鼠肾间质纤维化肾组织TSP-1、VEGF及TGF-β1表达的影响
Effects of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Extract on Signal Transduction of TSP-1, VEGF and TGF-β1 in Renal Interstitial Fibrosis Tissues of Rats

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza extract on signal transduction of throm-bospondin-1(TSP-1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) in the renal tissues of renal fibrosis rats .Methods The renal fibrosis rat models were replicated by unilateral ureteral ligation , and the rats were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza extract by lavage ( Salvia miltiorrhiza group ) .The blank control group and the model control group were enrolled in the study .And 2 weeks later ,the renal tissues of each rat were collected and their pathological changes were observed by Masson staining in each group .Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression quantity of TSP-1,VEGF and TGF-β1.Results The VEGF expression quantity increased significantly in the Salvia miltiorrhiza group,the TSP-1 and TGF-β1 expression quantity was lower than that of model group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression quantity of TSP-1,VEGF and TGF-β1 between Salvia miltiorrhiza group and blank group(P>0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza extract can alleviate renal fibrosis by regulating the expression of TSP-1,VEGF and TGF-β1.关键词
