急性脑出血患者外周血单核细胞 CD36、CD54表达的临床意义
Clinical Significance of Expressions of CD36,CD54 in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of CD 36 ,CD54 expressions in monocytes of peripheral blood as well as the characteristics of peripheral blood routine examination among patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).Methods The blood routine was performed in 31 patients with ICH ( ICH group) and 27 healthy subjects (control group),the CD36,CD54 expressions in monocytes were measured by using flow cytometry .Results Compared to control group,the CD54 expression level,the counting of white blood cell (WBC) and neutrophil ratio increased in ICH group ( P<0 .01 ) .The CD36 expression level of 72-hour ICH-onset group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).After one-week treatment,the CD54 expression level of ICH group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The CD36,CD54 expressions of monocytes of peripheral blood among ICH patients up-regulate,which might be involved in the development and progression of ICH with elevated WBC counting .It can be used as an observation index of ICH prognosis .关键词
