水枕及水睡垫对早产儿的临床效果研究
Clinical Effects of Water Pillow and Water Cushion on Premature Infants
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of water pillow and water cushion on nursing care in premature infants.Methods One hundred and twenty-four premature infants were divided into observation group and control group randomly,62 cases in each group.The routine nursing care was performed in both groups .The infants in the observation group were also given the nursing care with water pillow and water cushion ,they infants were sleeping in the warm-up bird nest ( incubator ) under which were water pillow and water cushion .Results The infants in the observation group had smooth respiratory ,stable heart rate and increased body weight , and the incidence of complications such as apnea , feeding intolerance in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of water pillow and water cushion in the premature infants can improve the patients′recovery and shorten the hospital stay ,which might be benefit to the intelligence development and body growth of the premature infants .关键词
