复方解酒灵处方筛选研究
A Screening Study of Compound Dealcoholization Prescription
摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the best combination doses of compound dealcoholization prescription by a screening analysis .Methods The uniform design was used in the experiment to design 8 prescriptions of different proportions which including vitamin C ,reduced glutathione ,Taurine and Puerarin .The medicines were administrated respectively to mice before or after drunkenness .Then the mice were observed in the latent period of drunkenness and the time of drunkenness .A regression analysis was performed to define the best proportion .Results Four prescriptions obviously prolonged the latent period of drunkenness and seven prescriptions reduced the time of drunkenness in mice . The best combination dose was vitamin C ( 72 mg/kg ) , reduced glutathione ( 72 mg/kg ) , Taurine ( 120 mg/kg ) and Puerarin(1 900 mg/kg).Conclusion The compound dealcoholization prescription including Puerarin , Taurine, reduced glutathione and vitamin C can prevent drunkenness .关键词
