Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution and major subtypes of human papillomavirus ( HPV ) infection, and to provide a basis for clinical treatment .Methods The detection of HPV was performed in 2 324 outpatients. Results Among 2 324 cases,1 528 cases of HPV positive accounted for 65.7%,with 1 314 females(56.5%) and 214 males (9.2%).In females, the patients aged 30-39 years old showed the highest infection rate (86.2%,467/542),which was significantly higher than those in the other groups (P<0.01).In males, the patients aged 20-29 years old showed the highest infection rate(54.9%,96/175),which was significantly higher than those in the other groups (P<0.01).The single infection was most common in both females and males ,50.5%(895/1 772) and 32.6%(180/552),respectively.The types of HPV35 and HPV43 were not detected. In females, the top 4 high-risk types were HPV16 (26.9%), HPV52 (15.6%),HPV58(8.5%) and HPV53(5.0%),respectively,while low-risk types were HPV11(8.0%) and HPV6 (6.5%).The most common types in males were HPV11(40.5%)and HPV6(32.0%).Significant gender difference was observed in the infection rate between high-risk types and low-risk types. Conclusion The HPV infection is sensitive in the particular age ,as for 30-39 years old in females while 20-29 years old in males .The types of infection are dominated by single infection ,and gender difference can be found in the distribution of HPV subtypes infection .关键词
