广西柳州市1671例3～6岁幼儿感觉统合失调状况调查
Investigation on Sensory Integrative Dysfunction among 1 671 Children Aged 3-6 Years Old in Liuzhou City,Guangxi
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the status of sensory integrative dysfunction ( SID) among children in Liuzhou City,Guangxi.Methods The sensory integrative function scale(SIFS) was applied to a survey among 1 671 children aged 3-6 years old from 22 kindergartens in Liuzhou City,Guangxi.Results The prevalence of SID was 39.50%(660/1 671) in children aged 3-6 years old,which was 16.04%(268/1 671) in the severe SID children and 23.46%(392/1 671) in the mild SID children.The prevalence of SID was 49.53%(474/957) in the boys but 44.26%(316/714) in the girls,which was significantly higher in the boys in contrast with that in the girls (P<0.05).The prevalences of SID in children aged 3,4,5 and 6 years old were 57.50%(161/280),51.59%(276/535),43.36%(222/512) and 33.80%(131/344),respectively. There were significant differences in the prevalence of SID among children of different ages ( P<0.05).The preva-lence rates of vestibular dysfunction , tactile overdefensiveness and propioceptive deficit were 65 .61%( 433/660 ) , 88.48%(584/660) and 58.33%(358/660),respectively.Conclusion A higher prevalence of SID can be observed among children aged 3-6 years old in Liuzhou City ,which is significantly higher in the boys in contrast with that in the girls.关键词
