急性胰腺炎患者血清D-二聚体及炎性因子的检测及意义
Clinical Value of Serum D-Dimer and Inflammatory Cytokines in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical value of D-dimer(DD) and inflammatory cytokines in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods Among 107 AP patients,there were 44 with severe AP(SAP) and 63 with mild AP(MAP).The levels of DD,interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP) were detected in 107 AP before and after treatment,which were compared with 121 health controls.Results Compared with the health controls,the levels of DD,IL-6 and CRP in SAP and MAP groups increased significantly (P<0.05).The levels of DD,IL-6 and CRP in SAP group were significantly higher than those in MAP group (P<0.05).The levels of indexes above decreased significantly after treatment ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion The serum levels of DD ,IL-6 and CRP may be valuable in the diagnosis and prediction of development of acute pancreatitis as well as evaluation of clinical efficacy of acute pancreatitis .关键词
