点穴经筋疗法对膝骨关节炎软骨损伤修复作用的研究
Effect of Acupoint Pressure and Massage on Meridians on Cartilage Defect in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint pressure and massage on meridians on knee osteoarthritis(KOA) and its impact on knee cartilage defect .Methods Forty-six knee joints of 30 KOA patients, including 16 patients with KOA in both knee joints and 14 patients with KOA in single knee joint ,were treated with acupoint pressure and massage on meridians .Color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the KOA knee cartilage thickness of medial and lateral femoral condyles before and after treatment .The clinical effect on KOA was evaluated by index of severity for osteoarthritis (ISOA).Results The KOA knee cartilage thickness of medial and lateral femoral condyles after treatment was significantly bigger than that before treatment (P<0.05).The ISOA score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint pressure and massage on meridians is effective for the treatment of KOA ,which may increase degenerative knee cartilage thickness .It can be used to treat cartilage defect .关键词
