负压封闭引流术联合肌皮瓣移植治疗胫骨开放性骨折并发慢性骨髓炎的疗效观察OACSTPCD
Effect of Vaccum Sealing Drainage Combined with Muscle Flap Transplantation on Open Tibial Fractures Complicated with Chronic Osteomyelitis
目的：比较负压封闭引流术联合肌皮瓣移植与传统方法治疗胫骨开放性骨折并发慢性骨髓炎的效果，为临床治疗提供参考。方法胫骨开放性骨折并发慢性骨髓炎患者73例，按随机数字表法分为负压封闭引流术组（A组）38例和常规换药组（B组）35例。 A组采用负压封闭引流术联合肌皮瓣移植治疗，B组采用传统换药皮瓣移植术治疗。比较两组的愈合率、愈合时间、医疗费用、感染性皮瓣坏死发生率、剧烈疼痛持续时间、患者满意率、踝关节僵硬发生率等指标。结果 A组患者愈合率、满意率均高…查看全部>>
