胃癌全胃切除ρ型空肠原位间置代胃术的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of gastrointestinal tract reconstruction with ρ-type jejunal interposition in situ generation for total gastrectomy patients.Methods Sixty-four patients with gastriocardiac carcimoma were randomly divided into two groups,32 patients in the ρ-type group received ρ-type jejunal interposition in situ generation,32 patients in the control group received standard Roux-en-Y anastomosis .Results There was no significant difference in the operative time and intraoperative blood loss between ρ-type group and control group ( P>0 .05 ) .Three months after operation,the emptying time of ρ-type group was significantly longer than that of control group ,the single food intake was significantly higher than that of control group ( P<0 .05 ) .Three months after operation ,the number of daily diet and incidence of postoperative complications of ρ-type group were significantly lower than the controls (P<0.05). Conclusion ρ-type jejunal interposition in situ generation is safe and reliable , with low incidence of postoperative complications,which can effectively improve the total gastrectomy patients′quality of life.关键词
