企业技术中心创新绩效影响因素研究
Research on the Influencing Factors of Innovation Performance of the Enterprise Technology Centers
摘要
Abstract
The enterprise technology center is a department where the enterprises specialize in the research and development of key technology and new products . The paper extracts three key influencing factors---enterprise operating condition , input on human resource and equipment of R&D and existing innovation achievement---of enterprise technology centers with the methods of correlation analysis and factor analysis . Using regression analysis , the paper draws a conclusion that the enterprise operating condition has the highest impact on the innovation benefit of enterprise technology center . On the other hand , the enterprise operating condition has no significant effect on the innovation output of enterprise technology center . The existing innovation achievement has the highest impact on the innovation output .关键词
