摘要

Abstract

This paper adopts DEA_Malmquist index method to measure the total factor productivity in the iron and steel industry in our country using the data from 1981-2010 , and analyzes the relationship between technological progress of China's iron and steel industry carbon emissions growth rate using Johansen co -integration test model . The results show that the technical progress in the short term have no obvious effect to our country iron and steel industry carbon emissions , but tend towards equilibrium in the long run . So China's iron and steel industry should adhere to long -term low-carbon emission reduction strategies .
