The Effect of Entrepreneurial Network's Character and Resource Acquisition on New venture Performance
摘要
Abstract
Entrepreneurial network's character takes key role in resource acquisition and new venture performance . This paper chooses ninety-two new ventures in Jiangxi Province and divides them into two stages :initial stage and early growth stage . The article re-gards resource acquisition as mediated role and propose the assumption , then tests them using empirical methods with the dynamic perspec-tive . This paper examines the relationships between the resource acquisition and new venture performance in different stages . The conclu-sion of study are as follows . Scale of ties , strength of ties and trust will positively influence resource acquisition in both initial stage and early growth stage . Resource acquisition has positive influence on new venture performance .关键词
