摘要
Abstract
Based on the provincial panel data through 1993~2010 , this paper constructs a theoretical framework of financial system development , industrial structure upgrading and economic growth , and empirically analyzes the relation of them with co -integration and ECM of inter-provincial panel data . The finding shows that : (1 ) there is a positive relationship between financial system development and economic growth , and financial system development scale is an important factor of the economic growth , but financial efficiency has seriously hampered the positive effect of financial development on economic growth . (2) financial industry development plays an extremely important role for industrial structure upgrading promoting economic growth . Economic growth depends on industrial structure upgrading and the rapid financial industry development is a booster for the industrial structure upgrading . Industrial structure upgrading plays a huge pull effect for financial development and financial development is external support conditions of the industrial structure upgrading . (3 ) Financial development promotes the industrial structure upgrading with each other . At last , according to the conclusion , the paper proposes some guidelines for the development of financial system , industrial structure upgrading and economic growth .关键词
