Comparative Analysis of Path of Industrial Upgrading at Industry First Country---Textile Industry for Example
本文对部分发达国家和地区纺织业升级历史进行了系统考察，发现了各国产业升级共同的路径特征。产品升级、设备更新、地理转移和组织管理改进是各国普遍采用的典型产业升级路径。其中，产品升级是产业长期持续升级的核心路径，设备升级和地理转移只具有短期辅助效应。中国政府制定产业升级政策时应更加重视推进产品升级和有利于深化专业化分工的产业组织形式的形成。
