摘要

Abstract

The effects of water stress on SOD, POD, CAT activities of Saccharum L., S. spontaneum and E. arundinaceus (Retz.) Jeswiet were studied. The results showed that the activity of SOD、POD and CAT in S. spontaneum increased along with prolonging of water stress, reaching a maximum value at 6 day and 7 day after water stress, respectively. SOD and POD activity in E. arundinaceus (Retz.) Jeswiet also showed a rising trend, but with larger fluctuations;CAT activity was first increased and then decreased. With the prolonging of drought stress time, ROC22’s SOD activity showed a trend of decreasing first and then rising, and its POD and CAT activity showed a trend of decline.
