减轻甘蔗组织培养中酚污染的技术研究
The Study on Minimizing Phenol Pollution in Sugarcane Tissue Culture

Abstract
The stem apical buds of GT32 were as material in this study. At preliminary stage of inoculation, we set several experiments, as follows:add different concentration of ascorbic acid and citric acid to culture medium, immerse the sugarcane young-shoot-tips in water for different times, dry the stem apical buds properly before inoculating and add different concentration of hormone to culture. The experimental results showed that: ①at preliminary stage of tissue culture, adding 40~50 mg/L of ascorbic acid to culture medium could reduce the phenol pollution of the sugarcane stem apical buds; ②the effect of reducing the phenol pollution was inconspicuous when adding citric acid to culture medium; ③slicing in water and immersing for 45 minutes could reduce the phenol pollution of sugarcane young-shoot-tips slice and be good for inducing good callus; ④put the materials in draught condition for 3~5 days before inoculation can reduce phenol pollution and improve the survival ratio of the stem apical buds; ⑤at preliminary stage of stem apical buds, the less the hormone concentrations, the less the phenol pollution.关键词
