摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the digital sulphitation control precision, to avoid local perturbation problems caused by unstable flow of mixed juice and valve switch, etc., a Fuzzy-PID combined algorithm is proposed based on fuzzy control. This fuzzy control strategy can overcome the deficiencies that a conventional PID control doesn’t achieve efficiently, such as a smooth and stable control of sulfur smoked process. The results of MATLAB simulation and industrial field application proved that Fuzzy-PID control has the characteristics of flexibility, fast response, adaptability, etc. with good control effect.关键词
