摘要

Abstract

Recrystallization of spherical CL-20 was performed using anti -solvent technique aided by spray with the ethyl acetate as solvent while the heptane as anti-solvent .SEM (scanning electron mi-croscopy) and XRD (X-ray diffraction) were employed to characterize the morphology and polymor-ph of the samples .The thermostability was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the impact sensitivity was measured by impact sensitivity analyzer .The results show that ,compared to raw CL-20 ,recrystallized CL-20 samples are uniform in spherical shapes and have better dispersion ,. The mean particle size of CL-20 is 1 .49μm and the type of spherical CL-20 isεphase .Impact sensitivi-ty tests indicate that spherical CL-20 is less sensitive than raw CL-20 .The drop height ( H50 ) of CL-20 is increased from 21 .98 cm of raw CL-20 to 46 .67 cm of spherical CL-20 .The probability of friction explosion is decreased from 100% of raw CL-20 to 72% of spherical CL-20 .Through the recrystalliza-tion process , the activation energy and the critical temperature of thermal explosion of CL-20 are slightly reduced .
