Effect of Selenium on Potato Plantlets Growth and GSH-PX Activity
摘要
Abstract
Using MS as the basic medium and virus-free plantlets of E-malingshu 5 as the experimental materials,we research the effect of different Na 2 SeO3 concentration on the growth of potato plantlets in vitro and the influence of glutathione peroxidase activity .The results showed that when Na 2 SeO3 concen-tration was 5mg/L plantlets grew well and GSH-PX activity is relatively high,when the Na2SeO3concen-tration is higher than 5 mg/L,had inhibition effect in different degree on the growth of the plantlets and the activity of GSH-PX,the growth was completely inhibited when concentrations reached 40 mg/L,and the plantlets basically stopped growing ,which showed that only the appropriate concentration can enhance the GSH-PX activity and promote growing .关键词
