摘要
Abstract
The Schiff base ethyl 2-(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo [b]thio-phene-3-carboxylate was synthesized by the condensation reaction of salicylaldehyde with ethyl 2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo [ b] thiophene-3-carboxylate , which was efficiently prepared via a one-pot Gewald’s three-component reaction using cyclohexanone , ethyl 2-cyanoacetate and elemental sulfur as starting materials.The structure of the new compound was confirmed by IR , 1 H NMR, MS and elemental analysis.关键词
