马蔺种质资源遗传多样性的 ISSR 分析
Genetic Diversity Analysis of Iris lactea var.chinensis Accessions by ISSR Technology
摘要
Abstract
Genetic diversity of 20 Iris lactea Pall.var.chinensis ( Fisch.) Koidz.,which were collected from 4 provinces or autonomous regions in northern China ,was analyzed using inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) meth-od.303 bands were amplified by 14 screened polymorphic primers ,of which 241 bands were polymorphic .Percent-age of polymorphic bands ( PPB ) was about 77 .29%.The range of the genetic similarity coefficient ( GS ) value was 0.340 2~0.824 7 and showed larger scale of distribution ,and showed further that they have the rich genetic diversity.20 accessions of I.lactea were divided into 3 groups at 0.587 6 of GS value using the unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means ( UPGMA) .The results obtained from UPGMA were consisted with the princi-pal component analysis ( PCA) ,and indicated that the genetic distance of 20 accessions of I.lactea was correlated with the geographical distance .关键词
