迟眼蕈蚊成虫触角及其感器的扫描电镜观察
Antennal Sensilla of Bradysia sp.Observed under Scanning Electron Microscopy
摘要
Abstract
Antennal morphology and sensilla of Bradysia sp.were observed under scanning electron microsco-py.The results show that the antenna is made up of three parts:scape,pedicelland a 14 segmented flagella.The length of the total antenna is 0.83-1.14 mm,while the entire length of flagella is 0.99-1.00 mm.Nine types of sensillum were observed on the antennae;sensilla trichodea,sensilla chaetica,sensilla basiconicum,sensilla auricil-lica,sensillum coeloconica,sensilla margin,sensilla cylindric,sensilla mammilliformia,bohm bristles.The type and quantity of the sensilla trichodea are the most abundant among the nine sensillum .关键词
