Abstract

The main body of the current college students has been gradually replaced by Post-90s college students, college instructor team has been injected into fresh blood. Post-80s instructors have become the main force of this team. In the face of these Post-90s college students, how these Post-80s instructors do a good job in student management has become the urgent research subject in college instructor work. This thesis emphatically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Post-90s instructor, as well as Post-90s college students' psychological characteristics, and discusses the problem of how Post-80s instructors promote the management efficiency of Post-90s college students.
