Abstract
Post practice is an important part of practical teaching links in higher vocational college, It can not be replaced by others in the professional talents training. This thesis analyzes the main problems existing in post practice, puts forward the effective countermeasures from four aspects, which are the methods of school-enterprise cooperation, practice teaching management, internship post selection, strengthened quality education.关键词
