《发酵工程设备》课堂教学模式改革探讨

摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the teaching effect of fermentation engineering equipment course, the author tries to open 14 hours of discussion course for students who registered in 2011. According to the test analysis, and the comparison between traditional lecture-style teaching 2012.method and the discussion-style teaching method, the author finds that discussion-style 2013.teaching model is appropriate for students’ physical truth. It can promote the students’knowledge understanding and application.关键词
